Delivery Information
Delivery service is available in Greater Victoria and the Westshore. Please see our delivery map for more details.
Delivery cost is included with the purchase of 6 donuts.
The delivery procedure is to knock on the door or ring the doorbell/buzzer at the delivery address. We strive for no-contact deliveries, so we will then leave your delivery in the requested location. If you have not specified a location, we will leave your order on your doorstep.
Any special delivery instructions should be included at checkout in the space provided.
It is recommended to arrange your delivery when someone will be home to receive the donuts or to a business address during business hours to accept delivery. We can not be held liable or responsible for losses or damage arising as a result of deliveries being left at unattended premises in the event that the recipient is not home during the delivery window.
In the event that a delivery can not be completed, the order will return to Pandō. You will be contacted by email with the reason for non-delivery. Should you require re-delivery, a fee will be applied.
Deliveries can only be made to a physical residential or business address.
Pandō cannot guarantee a precise delivery time. The time of delivery is dependent on the delivery address and the delivery schedule for that driver. All deliveries will be completed by 3 pm. If you have requested a specific delivery time in the space provided at checkout, we will make every attempt to meet your request but it cannot be guaranteed.
If you have not received your delivery by 3 pm on the day of delivery, please contact support@pandonuts.com.
Order Fulfillment
In the unlikely event that we are not able to fulfill your order due to the availability of your selection, you will be notified as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements, such as making a different product selection.
Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns at Pandō. Pandō endeavors to deliver fresh products of the highest quality at all times. If you are unhappy with what was delivered to you, please reach out to us at support@pandonuts.com.
The Rest
Pandō reserves the right to make changes to the website and alter the available range, delivery options, and pricing.
It is an offense to on-sell products purchased from the Pandō website. Should you require Pandō products for fundraising purposes, please contact support@pandonuts.com to make arrangements. Please note that certain criteria must be met for any fundraising purchases.
All prices are in Canadian Dollars. Prices are subject to change.
By placing an order, you agree to pay in full as stated at checkout.
Orders may be canceled 24 hours before the delivery day. The delivery day commences at 12:01 am. To cancel your order please email support@pandonuts.com.
